By creating an account or using ByteBuster Reports, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ByteBuster Reports provides B2B research reports, mini-reports, expert bundles, and operating system guides for professionals in marketing, sales, and operations. Reports are available for purchase or free access depending on tier.

What we do not provide: This service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional consulting, legal, or financial advice. Always verify information independently.

3. Account Requirements

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases & Payments

Paid reports, bundles, and guides are clearly marked with their price. Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless the product is defective or otherwise non-conforming. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Content Ownership

What's yours is yours. You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, reviews, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display this content to provide the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Our content: All reports, guides, and materials on ByteBuster Reports are owned by ByteBuster or its licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly reproduce our content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the service
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Circumvent access restrictions or paywalls
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBuster Reports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends. Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
